Terms and Conditions

Orders will be despatched on receipt of payment.

PAYMENT

Prices include VAT and postage and packing. Options include payment online by credit or debit card. If you order by email payment can be made either by credit or debit card.

DELIVERY

All goods will be despatched by courier for next day delivery. You will be informed when your order is ready for despatch. Payment terms for postage and packing are stated at the point of ordering.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order you must inform us by email immediately. Please see our returns policy for further details.

CANCELLATIONS

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your order this must be done by telephone within 24 hours of placing the original order. Cancellations after this time will not be possible.

PRIVACY

In accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998), we will only use the information we collect about you lawfully. We may from time to time email you with details of special offers. You can choose to opt out of receiving emails at any time by choosing the "opt out” function. We never pass email, postal addresses or telephone numbers to any other company or organisation.

SECURITY

Your on line payment details are processed by Protx and we do not have access to these details. All information being processed will be held securely.
